Community Guidelines

Simple standards that help keep Traidly useful, professional and safe.

Effective: 19 August 2026

The standard

Traidly connects real people around real work, businesses and trade-related goods. Be accurate, respectful and lawful. These Guidelines work alongside the Terms & Conditions and apply to profiles, listings, jobs, reviews, photos, messages and other activity on Traidly.

1

Be genuine

Use accurate information. Do not impersonate people or businesses, create fake profiles, fabricate reviews, misrepresent qualifications or post misleading jobs or marketplace listings.

2

Treat people respectfully

No harassment, threats, bullying, hate, discriminatory abuse, sexual harassment or targeted intimidation. Disagreements about work or transactions must remain civil.

3

Keep work and listings lawful

Do not use Traidly to offer, request or facilitate unlawful work, sham contracting, stolen or counterfeit goods, prohibited items, fraud or other illegal activity.

4

Represent licences and experience accurately

Only claim licences, registrations, qualifications, insurance, experience or affiliations you genuinely hold. Users remain responsible for checking requirements with the relevant authority.

5

Keep Trade Market trustworthy

Use your own or authorised photos, describe items accurately, disclose known material issues, use genuine prices and do not send fake payment confirmations or deceptive links.

6

No scams or payment manipulation

Do not request passwords or authentication codes, impersonate Traidly, send fraudulent invoices, redirect payments deceptively or pressure users into suspicious transfers.

7

Respect privacy

Do not publish another person’s private information without a legitimate basis or permission. Avoid posting sensitive information in public listings, reviews, photos or messages.

8

No spam or scraping

Do not mass-message users, harvest contact details, scrape profiles, automate abusive activity or use Traidly primarily to send unsolicited promotions.

9

Reviews must be authentic

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. Do not buy, sell, exchange or coordinate fake reviews, and do not use reviews to threaten or extort another user.

10

Report problems responsibly

If you encounter suspicious activity, preserve relevant information and contact Traidly. Do not make knowingly false reports or weaponise reporting tools against another user.

Moderation and enforcement

Traidly may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other reasonable action where activity breaches these Guidelines, the Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or creates a material safety, fraud or security risk.

Context and seriousness matter. Repeated breaches or serious fraud, threats, impersonation or unlawful activity may result in stronger or immediate action.
